Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers using our services are responsible for:
- Maintaining active operating authority and required licenses
- Carrying valid insurance coverage
- Providing accurate and up-to-date business information
- Maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Operating vehicles safely and legally
- Meeting all pickup and delivery commitments
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect our ability to provide dispatch services.
Fees and Payment
Our dispatch fee is 8% of the gross amount of each booked load, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- No upfront payments are required.
- Payment is due after a load has been successfully booked.
- Fees must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Broker and Load Information
DOXA Logistics acts as a dispatch service and is not a freight broker or motor carrier.
We assist in locating freight opportunities and communicating with brokers on your behalf. Final acceptance of any load remains the responsibility of the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of DOXA Logistics unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any website content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
